LPS Auctions (formerly RisingTideAuctions.com) is a residential auction site focusing on residential REO properties. The site was created in a month and allows users to placed sealed bids for properties in on of the actively running foreclosure auctions.
Users in addition are able to register and receive their bid card for the live outcry auctions that are held for the unsold properties at the end of the online bidding window.
Integration with the internal FileMaker system, which synchronized the property and bid information, allowed for faster turn around of bids and clear visibility of the auctions progress for executives.
