Rapidstaff is a job board with a twist; it allows for potential employers and candidates to negotiate online for both temporary and permanent positions. I was the project manager for a team of 3, located is Russia, Columbia and Paraguay, which developed this site using CodeIgniter. In addition, I architected some of the main components of the site's key differentiators.
